Lynnfield Little League offers baseball from age 4 through 16.  (see divisions of play for each age group).  A typical seasons run as follows:

SPRING (pending weather and field conditions)

50/70 and Big Diamond Division - Starts early April  through end of June.  Games typically weekdays after 5pm and weekends in the afternoon. 2 to 3 games a week. Practices scheduled by coaches. Games are in and out of town.  Out of town versus local towns such as Wakefield, North Reading, Woburn, Stoneham and Wilmington.

Little League Divisions (Majors, AAA, AA and A) - Starts mid to late April ends by mid June (typically Fathers Day).  Games for all divisions are during the week after 5pm and weekends after 3pm.  2 to 3 games a week. Playoffs for Majors, AAA and AA divisions. Practices scheduled by coaches.

Tee Ball Division - Start after April school vacation and runs through the end of June.  Games on Saturday morning only either 8-9:30 or 9:30 to 11am slots.

SUMMER SEASON

Little League Divisions - one summer all star team for the following divisions (pending player availability): 12 year olds, 11 year olds and 10 year olds, 9 year olds and 8 year olds.  Additional summer teams are formed based on demands for other summer leagues, for example the Jimmy Fund.  Summer season starts late June and can run to August depending on the league.  All games require travel and could be played within Eastern Massachusetts.  Games can be played on any day.

Summer teams for league age 13 through 16 are based on demand and volunteers.  There are several leagues to play in and can run from late June until early August.  Games can be played on any day.

FALL SEASON

Little League Divisions - Depending on demand the season can be in town or with West Peabody.  Divisions offered are Majors, AAA, AA, A and Tee Ball. Season runs from late August or after Labor Day until end of October (weather pending)

Fall season for 13 to 16 year olds are based on demand and volunteers.
